I need to report my horrible experience with this company.

We bought our Toyota Corolla in 2012 and Jason convinced us to buy with it a service contract.When we sold the corolla we needed to cancel the contract and that was when the poblems began.

You call them they never answer your calls, I personally left 4 (four!) voicemails to Catherine Auchterlonte and she never called me back! A highly irresponsive and irrespectful person: so arrogant! They are nice to talk to when you buy but when you need them for something else you will be astonished how ignorant they will.

I had a hard time getting my money back, will try to let as many people as I can know about them.Highly recommend avoid dealing with them!
